    Pros

There's a pay raise given once a year (annually). All of the people in pharmacy are amazing! One of the things I miss most about my employment at Einstein is my co-workers.

    Cons

Out-patient pharmacy doesn't have much room for overtime or signing up for extra shifts versus In-patient pharmacy. The parking in lots that you've been designated to can also prove to be very challenging, even when you're paying for a parking space.

    Advice to Management

New employees should have a better, more organized way they are trained. Training there is pretty shabby and as a new employee, you are left to figure things out on your own which kind of allows a person with not-so-great work ethic to wander the hospital or spend too much time on tasks that are not as important as others.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Albert Einstein Healthcare Network (Philadelphia, PA) in July 2015.

    Interview

Applied online. Within two weeks, had a phone interview with recruiter and in person interview. They were very nice! It does take a lot of time to reach them..if you didn't get a call back for a position, by that time you'll know they didn't go with you.
