I worked at Albert's Organics full-time (less than a year)

The management and co workers were great to work with. The pay was very good. The benefits are excellent. The perks of buying organic foods there is a blessing. The culture of UNFI towards its employees is the best I have ever experienced. The folks who work in human resources were extremely kind and considerate.

The lack of comunication and coordination between other Albert's and UNFI divisions.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep up the good work and improve coordination with other divisions.
