    I worked at Albion College

    Pros

I love working for Albion College because it is a fun atmosphere focused on academic and personal growth. The schedule flexibility always been great in the part-time positions I have held, and I think you will find that no matter which department on campus you find yourself working.

    Cons

I have seen some cases of poor leadership in those fulfilling authority positions. There are also cases of unprofessionalism in which issues are not confronted directly by those in charge and are instead addressed through passive agressive methods.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be more selective in choosing those in supervisor roles, or offer training to make sure supervisors interact with student workers professionally.
