    I worked at Aleris International

    Pros

Lots of turnover make for opportunities but HR is filled with morons

    Cons

company with still no sense of a company culture , still nearly a decade after major m&a this company is yet to have an identity of its own, instead plants compete, management is not on the same page and you never feel safe in your employment

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

its ok to close lewisport, their culture corrupts and infects much of the company

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
