I have been working at Alfa Laval (Virginia)

    Pros

Pay is quite good! People are knowledgable in there areas of responsibility. Good work environment.

    Cons

Almost always bring people from Europe to fill management positions. Rely a lot on systems cookie cutter approach.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Look at your resources within the USA before hiring people from Europe.
