I worked at full-time for more than 3 years

I worked in the corporate office at a technical role.

    - Flexible work hours
    - Casual environment
    - Fun people
    - Seemed like decent benefits

    - Not enough time scheduled for many projects which had unmovable end dates.
    - Requirements would change during a project which was very frustrating.
    - Difficult to figure out how work was prioritized
    - Sort of a weird place to work, management-wise. Seems like the worst aspects of Agile there with no real benefits to it.
    - No real clear career paths

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    - Work on deciding what is important to do and what is not.

Phone Screen w/ Recruiter: Answer standard resume questions. Two in-person interviews, one with hiring managers, the second with their bosses. Both had very easy cases, again, how you approach the case is more important than nailing down a right answer. Be very proactive in asking questions to help you get to a solution.
