I have been working at Allconnect full-time (Less than a year)
I have worked for 3 different call centers 1) Blue Cross Blue Shield in MO. 2) At&t call center in MO. 3) Allconnect St George, UT. I have to say that this is the best job I have ever had... period! I see reviews that state "that it has low base pay and its hard to move up." It's only a low base pay if thats all you want to make. This is a sales job. No sales job ever has great base pay. It's called sales for a reason. If you are willing to learn from their great training program and focus on working hard then you won't even think about the $10.00 base pay. I average $25-$30.00 an hour. Supervisors are focused on your continued success. I have been able to move up in Tiers 1-4 on a monthly bases. Just working hard and staying focused. I have to say that this company truly appreciates there employees.
Employees love to have fun and can sometimes tend to be a little louder than I would like while on a sales call.

Control the unnecessary noises on the call center floor.

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Allconnect (Atlanta, GA).
The interview process changes per candidate, but I have never heard of anyone having less than two people see them for an interview. My interview demonstrated that the people who I would be reporting to know the challenges of my position, but have also had great success with managing such a position in the past. The recruitment team did a decent job with the overall experience, but it was clear that my direct managers were more responsible for picking me 'out of the crowd' than HR was.
