    Job satisfaction was really high, I enjoyed being cross trained to do all station duties but really liked being ground crew the best


    Pay scale wasn't that great, and the schedule was inflexible, but it was only a part time gig

    I applied online. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at Allegiant Travel in March 2015.

    Interview Details

    Screening interview followed by a phone interview. During the screening interview, you record your own video responses to four questions. The phone interview was with two individuals and was quick and efficient and only took about 15 minutes. Overall, it was a very positive experience although some of the questions really threw me off.
