I have been working at Allergan full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Allergan cares about it's people. Recently it cares more about the stock price and the stock options for the "C" suite.

    Cons

It forgot the lower lever people who helped build it to become a $6 Billion company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Remember all the good folks who built the company to what is became before the sellout.

I then met up and grabbed coffee with him where we discussed what the work was, and he gave me the offer
