I worked at Alliance One full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The mangers try to keep it a fun upbeat atmosphere. Collections work can be a drag, but Alliance One agents are not required to be a-holes (though some are). You are able to work with debtors and actually help them resolve issues.

    Cons

Had to log into a time clock, computer time clock and a third time tracking system and the phone (very annoying when you get there close to your start time...you end up being "late" because it takes so long to log into all 4 systems.

    Advice to Management

Get one system for tracking time...not 3.
