    I worked at Alliance One full-time (Less than a year)


    The mangers try to keep it a fun upbeat atmosphere. Collections work can be a drag, but Alliance One agents are not required to be a-holes (though some are). You are able to work with debtors and actually help them resolve issues.


    Had to log into a time clock, computer time clock and a third time tracking system and the phone (very annoying when you get there close to your start end up being "late" because it takes so long to log into all 4 systems.

    Advice to Management

    Get one system for tracking time...not 3.

    It was very educational and inspiring.I gave good eye contact I was very impressed about buying stocks and bonds in tobacco.I was very intrigued about you can grow or become a leader in the tobacco industry.The work is easy and not complicated,its a great place to work and you can learn a lot about the rules and regulations
