    Salary is great, Job Security, they give you what you need to work, conditions are as best as can be for the environment. safety is a big

    Certain people are moved up for being a suck up and some good workers get looked over because certain people might not like them, its the good ole boy system

    Advice to Management

    Don't promote people just because they are a suck up.
