    Pros

Allied values the employees. We are encouraged to express our thoughts and opinions, and we are listened to. Since the change in leadership in 2013, Allied has become and even better company. There is a focus on teamwork and making everyone feel like part of the team. We have really good benefits and compensation. There is also a focus on a healthy work/life balance. I have been with the company for over ten years, and I feel that it is now a better company than ever to work for.

    Cons

i really cannot think of any cons. I guess for me it would be that I'm out in the field, so in order to really advance, I would eventually need to relocate.

    Interview

Very pleasant and low-pressure. One one-on-one interview, and one group interview. Everything was very easy and very professional. It was one of the best interview experience I have ever had.

    Interview Questions

    • It wasn't that adversarial. Basically, we discussed my skills, what I could bring to the table, and what the job entailed.   Answer Question
