    Negative Outlook

-extensive amount of animals -hands on experience -management is decent

-very low pay for the type of work performed and the danger involved in it -no benefits offered for full time hourly employees at all.. no PTO, no health insurance, no maternity leave, etc -NO room for growth -only five days off allowed all year...that includes any days that you have been sick... hope you aren't planning on going on any type of vacation -majority of animals recieve very poor care due primarily to lack of funds for the park and the fact that the majority of people hired to care for the animals have almost no experience and no education related to a biological field

    Advice to Management

You are a zoological facility, please allow for more funding for the care of those animals. Also, take initiative to have private meetings with your staff to learn of their issues/concerns.
