I have been working at Allstate Northern Ireland

    Pros

Flexible working hours, remote working. Yearly bonus up to 6% based on company performance. Laid back working environment. Good benefits.

    Cons

Career progression is slow. Yearly reviews are not fact based but managers opinion. A lot of managers have no IT experience in the areas they manage.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Look after loyal employees and reward them. Don't bring in ppl from outside on bigger Salary. Work on training and promoting within more.
