I've been with this company for years and watched it go through so many changes, including the economic downturn and the sell/purchase by new owners in 2012. Through it all, this company was a great place to work and more importantly continues to be. The current owners care about and are engaged with the employees, projects and clients and it shows. Benefits are (still) excellent and everyone I work with is so friendly - a great company culture. In addition, my work-life balance has never been better which is critical for me as a working parent.

This company has gone through a tremendous amount of change over the past 5-7 years, but some of it was necessary and critical for survival in a tough economy. Changing ownership in 2012 was tough for some because it brought additional change, but now that the merger has been complete for some time and the two companies have merged, I believe this company is on the right track culturally as well as financially for a secure future. I don’t have or see any cons.

    Advice to Management

The ownership change was a big one for many of us long-timers, but I so appreciate how you recognized this and did your best to help ease the transition when you brought the two companies together. You listened, communicated, and made smart decisions when it came to merging expectations, benefits, cultures, and teams together. More than anything though, I appreciate how ENGAGED you are in the business. You take the time to meet the employees and our clients, but more importantly you understand our work at hand and are in the trenches with the employees each day building a business. Your engagement is a big motivating factor because it feels like we are all in this together. Thank you and keep up the great work!
