    Pros

    Alpaytac is fast paced and very client focused, which lends itself well to quickly building skills and experiences. Since the agency is boutique, employees wear many hats and have the opportunity to learn different areas of the marketing industry that they may otherwise not in a larger firm. Additionally, the small size allows everyone's voice and ideas to be heard, which means that even brand-new employees' ideas can and will be pitched to the client. Alpaytac is a great way to get to know the ins and outs of traditional and digital marketing and work on multiple industries, as the company's clients are diverse and varied.

    Cons

    Working on the agency side can be a bit difficult, as you must, in the end, do as the client wishes despite sometimes knowing better.

    Advice to Management

    Keep guiding your employees in the right direction and ensuring that work-life balance is considered.

    I applied through a staffing agency. The process took a weekinterviewed at Alpaytac, Inc. (Chicago, IL).

    Interview

    I was introduced to the position by a recruiter. The recruiter had to make several attempts to schedule the interview. Once it was scheduled, I received a call from the recruiter 1 hour before the interview stating that the Senior VP needs to reschedule the interview. I was already on my way down to meet her. I was extremely turned off by the lack of professionalism. I felt that I could not work for an employer so disorganized and unequipped at prioritizing her schedule. Wasting my time is not acceptable.
