    Nice workplace
    Good compensation compared to the unemployment rates dominating the Greek workforce, let alone young professionals


    Dreadful promotions scheme. One has to really wait for many years to get something better than entry level
    Management has cut any remaining benefits, leaving us with base salary
    Not the greatest way to start your career as it will have you really condensed focus-wise

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Management should try escalate some of the responsibilities managers have assumed to the divisions' staff. Impossible to prove worth if there is not a clear project in line
