    Pros

Great benefits Great co workers Fast paced Different things to learn Extensive knowledge of Metals Works around family needs almost all the time.

    Cons

I don't know about other branches but this particular branch is the good ole boy network. I do my job very well and very efficiently but the favoritsm is very blatant. You can process a 1,000 orders mess up the same thing 3 times in a certain period of time and your out. My biggest problem was the supervisors would see people do stuff never say a word but as soon as higher manangement saw it then they would back pedal an say anything to cover themselves throwing you to the wolves. Very disorganised same branch. Pay is ok nothing like the north branches I have heard from employees coming down here

    Advice to Management

If the work is getting done quit nagging about everything you can make up because you have no life. I wish corporate could intervene with being the highest turnover branch in the company. Obviously , when you lose 30 to 40 people in 8 months maybe the problem isn't the employees. Maybe it is management. No room for advancement out of the warehouse unless part of the good boy club. They tend to leave you where you are because they have figured out that the chances of replacing someone that is dam good at their position they don't want you away from that position. Monthly goals or some form of appreciation would be a great asset since raises are scarce and not yearly as told by management.

    Interview

It was a one on one interview with the warehouse manager. He asked simple questions about yourself and gave you some iq tests and a drug screen. The whole entire process took maybe 1 hour at the longest.
