I have been working at Alston & Bird full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Great benefits for families. Great compensation for the Atlanta market. The firm values collegiality and is comprised of a great group of lawyers who are also great people.

    Cons

Like all law firms, it is becoming more focused on the bottom line. The legal market as a whole is experiencing challenges which are changing the practice of law.
