I applied online. The process took a weekinterviewed at Altarum (Ann Arbor, MI).

They moved very quickly at first. I got an email to set up a phone interview a few days after applying online. The phone interview went well, and I was set up for an in person interview the next week. The interview was scheduled for a Monday, and I was told to call on the Friday before to go over the format of the interview, etc. I called multiple times, left voicemails, and no one returned my call. I went in for the interview, and was told I would hear something back the next day. No one contacted me, so I waited a week, and contacted them to find out the status of my application. No one ever responded. It seems like they don't value the people they interview, and they could use a lot of help with communication.
