I have been working at Altec Industries

Great benefits packages, great team atmosphere. Annual Christmas/year end gift(something small) and $25 Walmart gift card for a ham or turkey for the holidays. Flexible work schedule allows for school some evenings.

Hard to keep jobs flowing at times, scheduling issues with customers is a big factor in that. Staying on top of paperwork can be challenging.

Went to a career fair and got invited to an interview in Birmingham. There were 6 total interviews. Everyone that I talked to was extremely nice and not at all intimidating. Most of the interview was small talk, and them talking about the company and what the job requirements would be.
