    Challenging and great teamwork

Current Employee - Sales in San Diego, CA

I have been working at Altium Limited as a contractor for less than a year

Good people and great teamwork in helping each other succeed. Sense of camaraderie and management was fairly supportive and provided necessary guidance to help you succeed. First job I had where employer provided breakfast and lunch for employees.

Internal policies not well established and direction for personal and career growth not defined. Human Resources was lacking in resources and professionalism .

    No opinion of CEO

    Application Details

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks - interviewed at Altium Limited in January 2008.

    Interview Details

Initially a phone interview followed by a 1 on 1 interview with the hiring manager. This was followed with a panel interview consisting of the hiring manager, another sales manager, a senior account manager and HR. The hiring manager described a sales situation and then he and the other members of the panel played different customer roles. I had to sell to all of them based on the defined sales situation.
