I worked at AmSurg full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great work experience. Great PTO for new hires. Ability to move up if you can hang in there. Yearly bonus.

    Cons

Can be very demanding especially during budget season and year end. Not all managers are created equally and you are shifted around a lot so you constantly have to get used to a new managers unique quirks.

    Advice to Management

Flex-scheduling and ability to work from home will save you a lot of great workers.
