    I worked at AmWINS Group full-time for more than 3 years


    Great work/life balance, room to grow, advancement is encouraged, training always available, a great open door policy, great employees.
    Management always recognized hard working employees and offered awards and perks.


    Sometimes there was too much training, policies constantly changing, breakdown in communications

    I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4+ weeks - interviewed at AmWINS Group in June 2014.

    Interview Details

    Process is to get the phone screen first and than onsite. I was cleared by lead architect for onsite but after that my recruiter says they are not responding to them which is very bad on Amwins part.
