    It was a best working environment. It was a great experience. Got to learnmore detail on LSMW. Interacted with client was good experience.


    It takes time to gain the trust of coworkers to get them on board with your ideas. Listen and observe before suggesting changes. Bring solution to the table. Engage your coworkers by knowing what you are talking about.
