I have been working at Amcor Rigid Plastics full-time for more than 10 years

    Great pay and decent benefits.

No work life balance and benefits are on the decline due to Obama care and the cost associated.
The director over the region is a sarcastic bully that's pushing out anyone that voices concerns about the direction of the company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Retain your talented employees by listening to them instead of firing them when the voice concerns.
I worked hard for the company for over 24 years and worked my way up the ladder. I generally worked 12 to 18 hrs a day 7 days a week on salary.

It was obvious that all the older employees are being pushed out to bring in younger management.

    Application Details

I applied online - interviewed at Amcor Rigid Plastics in September 2014.

    Interview Details

The front desk, assistant and people that I interviewed with were all very pleasant and professional in demeanor.

I had some very difficult questions which were answered thoroughly with additional detail that I found very helpful

The interview process has gone smoothly and swiftly.

NOTE: I selected 'no' that I did not get the interview because they are still interviewing other the time of this review I don't know if I will receive an offer. If an offer is made I will more than likely accept it as this company is in a high-growth/change time which I find very exciting. They are a top player in their field and the people seem very down to earth and friendly.
