I worked at Amer Sports full-time (more than 3 years)

Amer Sports America is one of the best companies I have worked for. 1. Flexible work environment, 2. Good solid leadership, 3. Sound business initiatives and decisions, 4. Fun work environment, 5. Good people practices and nice HR team.

The economics of the US had a negative impact on business. Some tough decisions were made that impacted jobs.

    Application Details

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5+ monthsinterviewed at Amer Sports.

    Interview Details

long, unprofessional and poorly communicated. There existed long periods of no information followed by panicked or rushed interview requests. Never follow up to recruiter or myself. Also unable to stick to a timeline. I wanted to work for them, so i took it in stride, rather than treating it as an indicator of how the company is managed (mistake)
