    Decent company to work for

Current Employee - CAD Drafter I in El Paso, IL

I have been working at American Buildings full-time (more than a year)

It has good benefits, they treat their employees decent. We still have holiday parties, cookouts, etc..Not too many companies left like that. They are all about their employees. They promote moving within.

Although vacation time is decent, there is only 1 personal day a year. Company has great vision, but sometimes the vision strays. As with everything else... life is busy, and sometimes things just need a reminder

    Positive Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
