I applied through a recruiter. The process took a week – interviewed at American CareSource (Dayton, OH) in April 2011.
As a health provider of Medicaid I thought this would be a great job so I applied online. Then I was contacted by a Recruiter for a phone interview then for a face to face. The job sounded nice. They had put off some hiring due to not being sure of the economy, as with most companies in America.

Reasons for Declining
Pay not good enough and did not like their employment ethics. Also do to medicaid and medicare changes, it is possible it will really affect their business.
