I have been working at American Commerce Insurance

Paid Time off and benefits are very good as well as the family atomphere the company can bring. Salaries seem to be more favorable than most companies.

Very little opportunity for advancement within company, most employees within company have been there for many many years.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay attention to employee concerns and provide better feedback when jobs are completed. If customer approvals come in for an employee share that with the team. Don't just provide negative feedback.
