Emphasis is on consistently bringing in untested external talent rather than recognizing internal high performers for promotion. Poor track record of placing women in senior tech positions despite the relatively large population of females in the technology realm at lower levels. Also force ranks performers to meet a curve without considering real team performance.Advice to ManagementAdvice
Recognize all high performers, especially in AET, not just young male "up and comers". Emphasis team performance over individual ranking.
