    I have been working at American Family Care full-time (more than a year)


    Senior leadership cares about the employees. They showed great flexibility and understanding when I had a family crisis right after I joined the company. Great knowledge of the healthcare industry.


    None that I can report at this time. Nobody is perfect, but I have experienced nothing to complain about.

    I applied through other source. The process took 1+ weekinterviewed at American Family Care.

    Interview Details

    My experience may be a little different because I have corresponded with the Operations manager for a PRN role for over 2 years they finally had a position available. There was already a sense of familiarity and my background as well. So the interview was simple. I already have a full time career. I was looking to work PRN on weekends for extra income.

    Not going to lie, the pay is absolutely unreasonably low. Where I could be making $20 per hour, they offered 10.50!

    Negotiation Details
    They offered the horribly low rate of $10.50. I fought back with $12.00 and we settled at $11.25. If I were interviewing for a career role as a lab tech, I would not have even negotiated upon that pathetic offer. But since it's just a throw away job, i decided to capitalize on the extra income until I don't need it or want it anymore.
