Great people, work is fairly easy, hours for full time are pretty set. They work with students to accommodate for classes and working hours. Overall pretty lenient and good experience.
Sometimes work load can be very light, leaving you with nothing to do for a day or two. Just have to look around for things to do to occupy your day.
Advice to Management
Keep doing what you're doing. Managers and assistant managers really help students get accustomed to the job.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3+ months – interviewed at American Honda (Troy, OH) in September 2014.
Applied in August 2014, had interview in September, didn't get the job until late October. Other than the slow process, very basic, asked questions about personality and schooling. Experience with excel was a big question. Only about 20 questions for the whole interview. Questions were formed to figure out how you would handle specific situations if you didn't know how to do something. Basically, they are just looking for somebody who is eager to learn and has basic completed knowledge.
