    1. A great place to study and write about the subject of your choice(mine was fossil sharks and rays at the hall of vertebrate origins)
    2. Your always busy during the day, but there's always time to explore(I had time to explore the fossil halls before work at the research library in the morning).
    3. The research library staff have great accommodations for workers with disabilities

You run out of things to do , even if your finished with an important task.

    Advice to Management

I have never worked in a management position(just to be honest) but I will say this: the people who work for you, are very talented individuals, and should be treated with respect. Think of your institution as an ecosystem and everyone works together to keep it going.

    Easy Interview

I applied through other source. The process took 1 dayinterviewed at American Museum of Natural History (New York, NY) in October 2014.

The director's assistant scheduled an interview for me for three weeks from the time we spoke. The interview went very well, but the job wasn't for me. However, the director was impressed with me and called some of her connections to try to help me find a better job somewhere else. Who does that? This woman was unreal. She was kind, helpful, and positive, understanding that the current job market is really tough.
