I have been working at American National Insurance

    Pros

Amazing products that stand out in the market, believe in customers and supporting them which is very refreshing

    Cons

Leadership is waaaaay too old and out of touch with the needs of the sales agents front line. Super amount of turnover when it doesn't need to be this way. If your a professional in sales and insurance this place is a slam dunk 100 job but very hard place to transition to, again doesn't need to be. ...

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get a changing agent panel to give you real world information on the market you can use to grow sales and minimize unnecessary business friction. Get younger blood in there! You don't know what you're missing with same old people and no I'm put from a new perspective

    Interview Details

There was a three part interview process involving personality test, phone and face to face interview. This was not an intimidating process, the interviewer was very informative and had a personality, in fact it was enjoyable.
