    I have been working at American Pan & Engineering

    Pros

    People are working and blending well regardless of their different skin colors, the manager is treating everybody equally and really take care of his employees, the senior management also very helpful and serve their junior staffs well.

    Cons

    When it comes to job and tasks portions, sometimes it hadnt been divided equally.

    I applied online and with in 2 week got a e-mail saying that i need to schedule a date for phone interview. The phone interview was basic hr and lot of questions about resume.it was quite easy.
