    Mission is center to the organization. Team-focused in the way work gets done. Variety of work is interesting. Many chances to learn new skills. Good work/life balance.


    Non-profit culture can sometimes slow to change. Working with volunteers is very rewarding, but can also be challenging to get work done in a timely manner.

    Advice to Management

    Keep focus on mission, future organizational health, and creating an environment that helps staff to do their jobs well, in spite of internal/external politcs.
