I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at American Stock Transfer & Trust (Jersey City, NJ) in January 2015.
Interview was very open-ended and relatively relaxed environment. Interviewer was clearly very knowledgeable on the subject of Equity Benefits. The interviewer wanted to establish how I managed difficult situations leading me to believe that it may be a challenging work environment. At the time, I was a bit concerned that the staff may be stretched thin based on the feedback on number of clients required to manage.
- Typical questions to establish background knowledge of industry, reason for looking outside of my current position, and examples of how i have managed; confrontation, overwhelming work-loads, difficult clients, etc. Answer Question
