Medical Insurance

ATC offers Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield, one of the premier Blue Cross Blue Shield organizations in the country.  With Highmark you have access to the largest network of doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies in the United States.  You are also protected whether you are traveling throughout the country or throughout the world with access to global hospitals and doctors.

Wellness Program

ATC offers you and your family members health management services through WellNet at no cost to you.  This program can assist you in identifying and reaching personal health goals using R.N. Health Coaches who serve as your personal health advocates in managing your health. 

WellNet 4.0 provides you with online and mobile access to your health information in addition to a wealth of information on health conditions that matter to you. 

Dental Insurance

ATC offers dental insurance through United Concordia.  United Concordia has been a leader in providing dental insurance to hundreds of thousands of groups across the country for 25+ years.  This program includes dental benefits for you and your eligible dependents at the full level on the first day of coverage. 

Vision Insurance

ATC offers vision through Highmark's Fashion Focus - Option VI.  You and your eligible family members will be covered with a complete vision exam and eyeglasses or contact lenses every 12 months.

 Accident & Cancer Insurances

Through Colonial Life, ATC offers an “AFLAC type" insurance for you and your family. Accident insurance helps offset unexpected medical expenses, such as deductibles and copayments that can result from a fracture, dislocation, or other covered accidental injury.

Cancer insurance helps offset the out-of-pocket medical and nonmedical expenses related to cancer that most medical plans may not cover.  This coverage also provides benefits for specified cancer-screening tests. 

Life Insurance

ATC offers company paid life insurance.  In addition to the company paid life insurance, employees have the option of purchasing additional life insurance for themselves and for their dependents.

Short Term Disability

ATC provides financial protection by paying a portion of your income should you become disabled due to non-work related injury or illness.

Voluntary Long Term Disability

All employees are eligible to purchase Long Term Disability coverage which provides replacement for a portion of your income should you become disabled for a period of at least 180 days.

Employee Assistance Plan

ATC provides all employees with an employee assistance plan, EAP Advantage. This program is a confidential service and is available to the employee and their families for any legal or financial matters, coping with the loss of a loved one, or everyday stress.

401(k) Retirement Savings Plan

Investing now for your future is one way to ensure that you have the adequate financial resources to enjoy a comfortable retirement. Even if you have not been good at saving in the past, it’s never too late to start. The ATC 401k Plan provides you with attractive saving options that will help you to plan for your future.

Company Paid Holidays

ATC provides you with the opportunity to participate in the observance of nationally recognized holidays. There are 9 company-designated holidays in which the company will be closed.

Paid Time Off

All ATC employees are essential to our daily business and success as a team. Each of us makes a valuable contribution that is important to the Company. We are aware, however, that our employees need time away from work in order to enjoy personal activities, to attend to personal illnesses or the illnesses of those we may care for, or to handle emergencies. To address these situations regular full-time employees are provided with a Paid Time Off (PTO) allotment.

    Awesome People that would always help you Good working environment that tried to positive Flexible hours Exciting and upcoming company

    Cons

    A lot of senior management are stuck in their old ways. People are not being held responsible for making mistakes and when people are blamed, it usually is the wrong person. Company seems to be only be worried about making money and not improving processes
