I have been working at American Transmission full-time (More than 10 years)

Rated one of the top companies to work for. Very good about work/life balance and training.

Flat organization with little chance for advancement into leadership. There are to many meetings to attend with less time to get work done.

    Advice to Management

Provide more leadership role possibilities for employees.
