    Pros

Great brand that can be leveraged to create valuable and unique partnerships with luxury brands.

    Cons

HIV no longer top of mind, thus loosing relevancy as an issue area.

    Advice to Management

Create a pipeline for talent, promote more often from within, create incentives aligned with fundraising performance. Treat your staff better then external consultants.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Amfar.

    Interview

Applied for the job online and was initially rejected but was contacted for interviews during the next hiring cycle. I had one phone (Skype) interview and one in-person interview. Be prepared and dressed for the Skype interview as was surprised to find they used video. The interview itself was somewhat difficult and I had trouble answering some of the questions as my knowledge of health policy was low.
