    Pros

Motivated people and team. Start up feel and challenging but rewarding. Smart leaders and amazing colleagues to work with.

    Cons

Company got bought out and no longer feels like a small start up.

    Advice to Management

Be respectful of timelines and deadlines when assigning tasks.

    Application

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at AmniSure (Cambridge, MA) in January 2013.

    Interview

The interviewer was a recruiter. She requested a skype interview (no camera, just voice). I think a phone interview just makes more sense. She asked very vague questions.

    Interview Questions

    • The questions were vague and just general. Not hard though.   Answer Question
