The hours are flexible for the most part and the pay is pretty good if you're willing to work hard.
Lots of late nights and on-call work. You need to comply with every customers idea or request no matter how wrong it is.
Advice to Management
Your employees should rank a little higher than your customers. The whole "Office Space" thing where you get to hear it from 8 different bosses when you screw up the littlest thing gets old pretty fast.
