2014-2015 experience from the clinical perspective: our opinion is respected and management lets us do our job without micromanagement. The team is very collaborative even across programs and pulls together to achieve goals. Corporate and department goals are clear. I would label the team 'high functioning'. Ability to work without too much politics is greatly valued. Enough processes in place to guide work structure but not so much as to be inflexible. Decisions and work can occur at a rapid pace without getting bogged down in redtape.
Recent changes on CEO and CFO have everyone on edge.
