    Pros

The company is just the right size to be able to know anyone and everyone who knows how to get things done. Very interesting and complex products.

    Cons

Seemed like there was a round of layoffs every other year, so make sure your resume is up to date. Not a lot of mobility for internal hires.

    Advice to Management

There is a lot of great talent throughout the organization. Fill more openings through internal hires to reduce the need for layoffs when the business cycle slows.
