Andiamo Partners Makes Ongoing Pledge to Build STEM Education Opportunities

As leaders in the Technology & Human Resources industry, we take our responsibility to strengthen education in the areas of science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) seriously. We're particularly passionate about building STEM opportunities for students in underprivileged communities, especially young women.

We've teamed up with the National Math & Science Initiative (NMSI) via an ongoing financial pledge – we’re joining forces to increase the number of college prep courses available to students interested in STEM fields. Our goal is to build a nation of students prepared to take rigorous college courses in math and science, and we can’t wait to see more bright young minds well-equipped for careers in STEM fields.

With that in mind, we've pledged to make a financial contribution to the NMSI. We’ll donate money to the organization for each successful IT candidate placement we make, tying our current success and future growth to the wellbeing of this important initiative.

    I have been working at Andiamo Partners full-time (more than an year)


    I have been working at Andiamo Partners for a little over a year now and I can say with confidence that joining this firm was the best decision I've made in my life to date. If you are someone who is motivated and is passionate about the things you do and are looking for a place where if you put in the time and effort you will achieve career success then this is the place for you. At Andiamo Partners you are provided with all the tools necessary to become a successful recruiter and there are unlimited resources here that one could take advantage of in order to become great at what you do. Senior management has created and environment here that fosters continuous growth and success and always make themselves available to anyone in need of any type of assistance. The perks of working at Andiamo Partners are outstanding and hard work here is rewarded with not only great bonuses but with cool company trips and free lunches as well.


    The space here is a little bit tight which could make you feel a little claustrophobic at times but we're moving this January to a brand new location!!!

    Application Details

    I applied online. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at Andiamo Partners in April 2014.

    Interview Details

    After applying online, I received a short questionnaire. This was followed by two short phone screens with management. The phone screens helped to explain the role and the company. The last step is an onsite interview that lasted approximately 3 hours. This interview started with a short IQ test and was followed by meetings with 5 different team members including the two founders of the company.
