    Pros

Anheuser-Busch is an amazing company to grow your career. From the endless opportunities for advancement, global opportunities, ability to work on once-in-a lifetime projects, ownership of your area, casual work environment, to happy hours and the people, we are a great company to call home. Who wouldn't want to be the beer (wo)man!

    Cons

You are challenged daily in your roles and responsibilities. It's not always easy and employees are stretched, however, with our collaborative work environment and team effort we all strive to exceed expectations.

    Interview Details

HR took months to get back to me on interviews and scheduling. Interviews were disjointed and disorganized. At certain levels, you will have to meet with senior management (VP level) in order to qualify due to banding. Because of the additional level of interviews, it might take months to get a final offer - if at all.

    Interview Questions
    • Interview questions were standard "tell me of a difficult situation" or "tell me about this" type questions. Nothing fancy.   Answer Question
