    I worked at Anheuser-Busch part-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Great Pay and Perks For Part Time Work. Lots Of Ongoing training and safety classes. Ability to learn to drive a fork lift.

    Cons

Part timers get last choice on jobs for the shift. Hard to stay awake at 4 AM holding a hose, freezing, and covered with mold.

    Advice to Management

Hire better supervisors who have actually done the line jobs. It is hard to explain to a new college grad how difficult it is to clean a pasteurizer.
