    I worked at Ann Taylor

    Pros

Great benefits, constant innovation to stay competitive, great corporate responsibility. Loved my peers and the brand is fabulous! Great visual upgrades!

    Cons

Time frame of tasks very short, and an act of Congress to get rid of the weak links.... payroll short yet client experience still needs to remain no. 1. In management your life revolves around your store to perform

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Talk to your SMs more frequently than performance review times
