I worked at Ann Taylor part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I've worked in retail for ore that 20 years and I can honestly say that I enjoyed LOFT the most of all of them. I actually looked forward to going to work! I think my coworkers made it that way especially but the culture at LOFT definitely adds to that as well. It's all about the client, the clothes and selling. I had fun helping her with outfits and wardrobing her.

    Cons

It can be difficult to get promoted. You need to commit to working three shifts a week.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing. Love the Gallup strengths that you practice.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Ann Taylor.

    Interview

The interview was very quick, it was about 10-15 minutes. The questions asked were simple and to the point. For example, how would you approach a customer when they enter the store? Why are you interested in a career at Ann Taylor? Why do you like Ann Taylor clothes? The interviewer was very nice.
