    I applied online. The process took 3 weeksinterviewed at Ann Taylor.

    Interview Details

    Applied and got called back for an interview a month later. Fun interview, really nice girl who interviews me. Asked me a few questions such as "why work in retail? " "who do you handle working under pressure?" "Is it important to be friends with coworkers?" The second part of the interview was to put an outfit together for day and night. Short fun interview. Got called back the next day and was offered the job.
