smaller stores don't have LP agents at all. Through my time with the company I NEVER met/ saw any of our LP managers/agents . This meant that associates had to play double duty to try and deter and stop frequent theft while also having to fill many roles ( cashiering, cleaning fitting rooms, store sets and multichannel orders on top of TAKING CARE OF THE CLIENTS and ensuring their needs are met)
Advice to Management
Remember that you're part of the team... Sometimes associates get stuck doing grunt work while managers take on easier less strenuous and less client facing oriented tasks. Managers should be completing all the same tasks as associates and also managerial tasks ( this is why you're salaried and make 3-4 times as much and hour if broken down )

I walked in, asked to speak to the manager of the store and gave her my resume. She later called me to come in for an interview. The first round of interview was actually a group interview. The second round was 1:1 which went well.
