    Awesome coworkers in a comfortable environment. You have the opportunity to help women improve their self esteem and their confidence.


    The store manager does annual reviews of employees, but the employees aren't allowed to do a review of the store manager.

    Advice to Management

    It would be beneficial to provide employees with the opportunity to complete a review of their store manager and how he or she performs and treats their employees.

    Easy and superficial. All they care about is what you are wearing. Don't come in with any casual, crazy clothes and they are obsessed with shoes! Make way too big of s deal
    On dress code. Light makeup and nothing too boring or too flashy.
