    I worked at Annie's

    Pros

The company culture is very accepting and friendly, and they really strive to live up to and promote their values. It is a fast paced company with a large workload since it is a smaller company. Hours are flexible and there is a gym onsite.

    Cons

Sometimes there is a lot of downtime, where one has to actively search out work to do. There is really no downside to working for this company
