    I have been working at Antenna Audio part-time (Less than a year)


    Great people to work with, being able to interact with customers who also love art and museums, great chance to roam around the museum before opening and after closing. Other employees are friendly, helpful, and caring. The job can be quite physical - you're not just sitting at a desk all day handing devices out.


    The pay is not great and some of us work very hard and the devices' battery life create issues between customer and sales team. Not only does it affect customer's museum visit but the big bosses don't seem to be doing anything to enhance the device's battery life. Instead time and money are put into other things that are not needed.

    Advice to Management

    Bump up the pay and focus on the sole purpose of your company- the devices!!!

    I applied through the internet and was called into the museum site for an interview. It was professional and also relaxed. The main thing they wanted to see was that I would be a hard worker and interact well with customers. My manager was great, but she was also a temp worker.
